Offers support and information to anyone who may be concerned about their own mental health or that of someone they know. Call 0800 915 4640. The Helpline provides immediate emotional support for anyone experiencing distress, and can provide information about mental health support.

Active Lives

Samaritans
Whatever you’re going through, a Samaritan will face it with you. They’re available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Call 116 123 the Samaritan will listen to you and help you talk through your concerns, worries and troubles.
