Responsible Persons
In April 2024, the Housing Regulator published information on how social housing landlords are expected to deliver services
to their tenants and communities. This includes requirements to provide safe and quality homes, as well as describing what
responsibilities landlords have to their tenants.
Lumen Housing has appointed 2 members of staff to ensure they are meeting these requirements. These are:
Lisa Murphy (Director of Finance & Resources) is responsible for monitoring that Lumen is meeting the requirements set out in the Consumer Standards.
